So I hadn’t eaten since the airport at like 4:30 this morning, and even that was only a bagel to go with my coffee. So the event tonight was an intro, meet-and-greet sort of thing….with food. Lots of it. And beverages, including water, sodas, and the adult kind. The Chardonnay and desserts were especially good.…

Room was ready hours before expected, and I was up hours ealier than normal, so it is about to make for a very good match. Will have pics of the area–and the room!–later.
Made it into San Diego in one piece. And it definitely is warm here….very nice. Oh, and sunny, that thing we don’t have in Tacoma for another 10 months or so.
