Measuring Social Media and Its Effect

Earlier this week I got an interesting visit to the blog, and after a short bit of research, discovered it had come from a company that does brand monitoring. With all that happened over the weekend with Subway, I expected it to have come from that. But took a chance to see if the company would respond and reveal what brand was being monitored. I was much surprised not only by the rapid response, but the openness of the company, and ultimately the CEO.

I’ll be featuring the company, Andiamo Systems, in a post tomorrow. Very intriguing industry and company.

As it turned out, it wasn’t Subway at all…it was Quickbooks, triggered by a post I’d written a few days ago.
