Kenneth Cole Update

Despite someone from Kenneth Cole corporate visiting the blog, there’s been no other response from them.

However, I contacted Nordstrom via twitter yesterday. At first, was a little disappointed, since I was basically referred to their Customer Service. Then contacted customer service…and was referred to the store manager. At that point I was growing frustrated.

So I set about locating the store manager’s email so that I could better explain, rather than try over the phone. Despite the twitter person’s inability to release employee email addresses, I did find it, and emailed him last night.

Got a great response this morning, and he’ll be making it right either by repairing or replacing. Now am just scheduling a time to come in to meet with his shoe department manager!
