More on Maddie…

Maddie had a very good night last night–was feeling and acting better, more animated, happy.

But it didn’t last.

She had issues early this morning to just recently, so she didn’t sleep well at all. The docs aren’t as concerned about the diarrhea as they are about the vomiting and whether or not she’s going to be able to intake enough fluid on her own and keep it down.

So….it’s waiting time. They are planning on stopping the IV to see if she’ll get thirsty enough to drink a certain amount in a certain amount of time.  After a bit, I’ll be taking the other kiddos in to visit and will have more info then.
