My Boy’s Growin’ Up!

Joshie is 4, and like all of our kids, the Terrible Twos really never were.

But don’t let that smile fool you. Because with Joshie, that stage came at 4.

Until a couple of days ago.

He would get angry, upset, cry, yell…basically throw a huge tantrum…when he didn’t want to do something. Especially when it was naptime.

But then it changed. He consciously made the choice to take his nap by himself, and then did again at bedtime. No arguing, no whining, nothing. And with he he got LOTS and LOTS of praise.

And even though we love him regardless, I do have to admit I like this version better.
