Update on the Newest Saga

Today after church we went over to the new possible property to meet with our now-former property management company and view the inside of the house.

We’ve realized there is not going to be a perfect house, because it would include the yard from our current house, among other things. But…there are some great things about this home. Like the owner owning the property free and clear, helping avoid things like our current situation.

So we’re saying, conditionally, yes. That condition is if the owners of the current home will let us out of lease. They’ve already indicated they’d be willing to, but we need to ensure it’s more than just willingness. And we’d be negotiating a multi-year lease.

Tentative moving would be end of month…

Ugh.
