So here we are…

I’ve been up since about 3:30–the realization is settling in that we most likely will be at the hospital this morning. So have switched gears to adjusting to that and beginning to write up a draft of our birth preferences for the hospital–am definitely planning on being firmer on what does and does not happen in that environment than I was with Mikaela’s birth. But am also writing it respectfully and not overly forceful as well, with the simple expection of respect and professionalism from staff when we transfer.

So after this extended wait, Joshua will be born today…and pictures thereafter!
