The diet…

I gain weight during our pregnancies. It’s just that way…with the changes in diet, activity level, and so forth. And then I lose it. And Josh’s was no different, except in the losing part. I won’t get into details, but let’s just say that the gain was more than what you probably think you think (for those local). Unfortunately, appears my body hides it somewhat well (but not well enough).

But I digress…

Anyway, JoAnn and I are on a diet. She started Saturday, I started Sunday. She’s mentioned she’s already lost weight, but I play it safe and don’t ask for details. I, though, have lost about 11% of pre-preg weight, and almost 7% of my goal (which is more pre-marriage weight). [Sorry, for reasons of national security, I will not be divulging actual pounds, only percentages.]

I’m tracking progress via a spreadsheet in Google Docs and Spreadsheets. They have a new feature that would allow me to share the sheet directly on Blogger…but, what, are you kidding?
