My Mika is back!!

I was cooking dinner when they came home–I heard Sammy come in the door, so went to see…and in walks Mika in her gymnastics clothes! (After the doctor visit, she was well enough to go to class).

I gave her a big hug and told her it was good to have her back, and that I’d missed my Mika.

So as it turns out (see previous post), it may have been both the fear and more to the injury. The ophthalmologist thinks she may have bruised the eyeball as well, but that the scratch/abrasion on the cornea was pretty much healed. She’s still a little sensitive to light (thus no flash=not the best picture below), the eye is still a little puffy, and it still hurts some, but she is back!
