Interview: wow!

This morning’s interview was very interesting and eye-opening. In a good way. Actually, in a very good way.

Offer will come in Monday, then negotiations (if any), then will meet the owner/CEO and the COO (I think is the title, but not sure). Anyway, looks to be a very good opportunity, including some telecommuting. In addition, there’s also a bit of intrigue for me, almost the exact opposite of what I experienced at Sound Computers 3+ years ago when it was sold: a lot of adjustments/changes and growth with metrics for performance and customer satisfaction in place…but unlike Sound, done right. (Note: this is my personal opinion…though seems to be borne out in reality as well, since the word on the street is that they are out of business or close to it).
