Tex Mex!

So last night we went to a recommended Tex-Mex place called Pappasito’s Cantina in Dallas. After initially getting all turned every which way by the GPS, we found it. And let me say that it was well worth the short drive turned long drive.

The atmosphere was really interesting–it was very open, lots of tables, and an amazing variety of people. The food was amazing…was the best Mexican-style food I’ve ever had, and that’s saying quite a lot. And their Sangria was pretty good too!

And have to give a hello to our wonderful “Guacamole Girl” Jessica–if you go by there, or happen to know her, tell her Seattle said hello.
