Viatalk Issues

Since starting with Viatalk about 1.5 years ago, we’ve experienced irregular, sometimes spotty service and call quality. A few times more recently we’ve experienced either no service or all calls going to voicemail…not good.
Here’s the most recent ticket I submitted:

Notice that it took 6 days to get a response to the service request. Thus far the worst response, I believe. Not terribly happy.

If you are that unhappy, why don't you just quit? It sounds like you'd be better off with a different company.
Easy answer there, Johnathan: we've already paid for the service through December.
I have the exact same issue. Prepaid, but tired of the spotty service over the past couple of months.
