Update on the News Tribune Interview

So the interview with the Tacoma News Tribune reporter took place around noon today. I was on the road, she was at her desk. A very nice, very pleasant, and appears to be a little bit different take from their original email requesting info. Rather than being about–or only about–losing jobs in the economic downturn, it seems a focus will be on those who’ve taken it as an opportunity, like I have. This, I think, is a pretty cool spin on it, and was part of the reason I’d answered the request for info the way I did.

We talked about all of the background: why I took the leap, what my business does, how things have progressed, whether there were regrets, etc. And sometime soon will be hooking up with one of their photographers. Will update again once published!
