So….Here We Are

It’s been far too long since I’ve updated, but we are moved, refugees from Tacoma.

The change has been good. More than that, much of the change has been immediate: huge burden off my back, actually able to sleep (and even sleeping in!), and the kiddos love it. Is it perfect? Nope…but it never needed to be.

The change wasn’t easy…it took a lot to get us to that point. And if you’ve read the blog the past few months, you understand some of those things. But in the end, protecting my family was far more important than our credit, which will be impacted, and far more important than ‘winning’ against the drug dealer neighbor at the old place.

So we’re settling in, unpacking, setting things up, finding our way not only around the inside of the house, but the neighborhood and area as well.

Never realized how nice it is to have more than one bathroom, for what it’s worth…
