Today you turn 11, and yet it sometimes seems like it was yesterday you were born.
This past year I’ve watched you grow so much–not just in height, but growing into such a wonderful, loving, caring, sensitive young lady.
You’ve always had my heart, from the very beginning. That part remains, yet grows with each passing day, each inside joke, each wink and smile we share. You will always be my princess. God blessed me incredibly in you. I love you and am so very proud of you.

I have a "Mikaela" Too! However, we spell it with a ch instead. I also have an 11 year old (almost 12 next month). Happy Birthday. What a great dad you have 🙂
