This morning I got an email from a member of the Executive Resolution Team, introducing himself, apologizing for the situation, telling me they are looking into it, and giving me his contact info.

I emailed back later saying that I was thankful for the email and assistance, that I had a busy day and that I’d wait to hear back.

And…nothing since.

But at least it’s movement.
