Despite someone from Kenneth Cole corporate visiting the blog, there’s been no other response from them. However, I contacted Nordstrom via twitter yesterday. At first, was a little disappointed, since I was basically referred to their Customer Service. Then contacted customer service…and was referred to the store manager. At that point I was growing frustrated.…
